当您成为必得用户时，即表示您已阅读、了解并同意接受用户使用条款之所有内容。此外，当您使用必得公司的服务时，可能会依据该服务之性质，而须遵守必得公司所另行公告之服务条款或相关规定。
「BeTrader.com必得投资网站」不是注册证券公司和投资顾问，不做任何投资买卖建议。我们公司只提供投资教育服务。 投资交易包含了相当大的潜在风险。这一网站所提供的信息不能作为买卖任何股票的直接依据。由此所造成的有关经济损失，我们公司一概不负责任，在进行任何投资前，您应该和您的投资顾问保持联系。

必得公司关于客户取消服务和退款规定:必得公司保留所有客户取消服务和退款规定权利。我们可以改变规定而不需要事前通知。
为了保障用户的权益，我们不接受口头或电话的取消软件服务申请。所有退款申请必须经由电子邮件通知必得公司的Cancel@bdesoft.com电子邮件信箱。并请说明账户号码与详细原由。当我们处理完毕后，我们会送个回邮给您做为依据。如果您在两天内没有收到回邮，请尽快与我们连络。
取消周期性软件服务申请必须经由电子邮件，在周期性收费日期的三个工作日之前通过电子邮件通知必得公司的Cancel@bdesoft.com电子邮件信箱，并请注明“Cancel RTS-XXX (SW, AT or Pro) Service”。
如果软件租用是按月计费而订户在付费日之后才通知取消的话、我们将不退费。订户仍然可以使用软件至原订下次租用付费日前一日。同时租用合约将于下次付费日前一日终止。
对于六个月或一年长期租用者。如果费用已付而要求退款的话，当退款申请电子邮件是在付款后15天内送达，我们将收取一个月制作费。当退款电子邮件是在付款后15天之后与30天内之间送达的话，我们将收取当月使用费加一个月制作费。所有软件租用费将不享有任何优惠折扣，以单月租用费率计算。
如果长期订户在收费日30天后提出退费申请，我们仍会退费。但是所有已过去的月份将以单月租用费率来计算。同时加收一个月的制作费。
所有长期软件租用的退款将以支票支付。退款支票至少须要在核准两周后寄出。
本公司概不退还一次性的软件服务费用。
所有培训计划不可以退款。当有紧急特殊情况不能参加培训，公司将安排参加下一次培训计划。对于在不能安排参加任何一期培训计划的情况下，退款要求必须是在教学培训课程前并且在付款后三个工作日之内提出，经过必得公司主管同意，方可退款。退款方式同长期软件租用的退款一样并扣除退款总额5%的手续费。

BETRADER, as well as the design and information contained in this site is the valuable, exclusive property of BETRADER, and nothing in this agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity. All real-time stock calls made in BETRADER are the proprietary, confidential property of BETRADER and cannot be repeated for any reason outside the BETRADER TRADING room. You agree not to repeat or rebroadcast in any way any of the stock calls or training made by BETRADER in any Mirc or Java-based trading room, whether a free room or a pay room, for any reason whatsoever. You agree that if you do repeat or re-post any of BETRADER calls in any stock trading-oriented mirc or java trading room, or via email, telephone or other broadcast transmission means, you will be liable for actual and punitive damages to be determined by a United States court of law.
Neither BETRADER nor any of its licensor (including its and their directors, employees, affiliates agents, representative or subcontractors ) shall be liable for any loss or liability resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site.
Cancel and Refund Policy:
Betrader Company reserve all cancel and refund policy rights. We may change the policy without any prior notification.
To protect customers’ right, all refund requests should be submitted by email. Verbal request will not be accepted. Please send all requests to Cancel@bdesoft.com. Please give us two days to process your request. Once it is done, we will reply you an email to confirm your request. If you did not receive our email after two days, please contact us as soon as possible.
To cancel all leasing software, please email to Cancel@bdesoft.com at least 3 business days before the recurring charge date. Also, please write down “Cancel RTS-XXX (SW, AT or Pro) Service”
If the leasing software is charged by month, and the subscriber’s cancelation email was sent after the charge date, there will be no refund. The subscriber still can use the software till the day before next payment date. Also, the subscription will be stopped one day before next charge date.
For 6 months and one year leasing, if the charge has been collected, and if the request for refund email was sent to Betrader Company within the first 15 days after the charge date, we will refund you but there will be one month operation cost charge. If the email was sent after the first 15 days and before the 30th date, there will one extra month charge on top of current month charge. All monthly fees calculation is based on monthly rental rate not long term discount rate.
If the long term subscriber notifies us 30 days after the payment date, we still will refund you upon request. However, all past months will be charged by monthly rate plus one extra month fees for operation cost.
All long tern subscription refund will be paid by check. The check will be sent out at least two weeks after the approval date.
All training program cannot be refunded. If the cancelation request was due to emergency issue, we will arrange you to take next available class. And if you can’t take any class, the refund request has to be brought up before the scheduled class day and within 3 business days after the registration date. The request has to be approved by Betrader Company authority. The refund process will be the same to software leasing process. There will be 5% processing fees from the total amount.
